Billing
Payments are processed via invoice, then QR code to bank transfer. You can request an invoice first, before deciding to pay.If you have further questions, or need adjustments made to an invoice, you can email us to organise it.
Returns / Replacements / Refunds
- If you receive an incorrect item, we'll organise a return and send the correct one.
- If you receive a faulty item, a replacement part will be sent out where possible, otherwise a replacement item.
- If you want to swap for another item, you can pay for return delivery and we'll send the item of your choice. If the cost is lower or higher than the original item, we can refund the difference or organise for the difference to be paid.
- If you want to return an item in new condition for a refund, you will pay the return delivery. If near-new condition, you can email us to discuss options.
In case photos can show the issue clearly, then please attach photos to speed things up.
