Core Stabilizer Pressure Biofeedback Unit
Pressure biofeedback unit for trunk control training and testing. Place the pad under the lower back or stomach, pump it to a starting pressure with the hand bulb, and watch the needle while you move. A steady needle means the position held; a moving needle shows the athlete and the coach straight away that it did not.
The three-section pad connects by a clear tube to a gauge marked 0 to 300 mmHg, with the hand bulb and release valve fixed beneath it. There is no need to exceed 100 mmHg, as the exercises don't exceed 90 mmHg. There are no electronics, batteries or app. It arrives pre-assembled in a zip bag.
Use it in core and trunk control exercises, lying on the back or the front, to give the athlete a number to hold and the coach a record of how long, or for how many repetitions, it was held.
